END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” or “Your”), either as an individual or on behalf of an entity, and VTT Mobility Private Limited (formerly known as VTT Transport Solutions Private Limited) and its affiliates (“VTT”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). This EULA governs your access to and use of VTT’s software products, mobile applications, platforms, web services, and related documentation, whether provided directly by VTT or through third parties (collectively, the “Software”).
By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
- License Grant
Subject to compliance with this EULA, VTT grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for Your internal business or personal use in accordance with the applicable documentation.
- Restrictions
You shall not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software to any third party;
- Use the Software in a manner that infringes any intellectual property rights or violates any law;
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices or branding on the Software;
- Circumvent any technical limitations or security features of the Software.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of VTT and its licensors. This EULA does not grant You any ownership interest in the Software.
- Third-Party Components
The Software may include or be distributed with components provided by third parties (“Third-Party Software”). Such components are subject to their respective license terms, which may be more restrictive than this EULA. You agree to comply with all such third-party terms.
- Updates and Modifications
VTT may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or upgrades to the Software. This EULA shall govern all such updates, unless a separate license is provided with the update.
- User Data & Privacy
Use of the Software and associated services is subject to VTT’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. Please review them at:

- Disclaimers
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VTT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VTT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
- Termination
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated. VTT may terminate this EULA and Your license at any time if You fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, You must immediately cease using and destroy all copies of the Software.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Entire Agreement
This EULA, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between You and VTT relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
- Amendments
VTT reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised EULA.
BY CLICKING “AGREE,” OR BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
